After many years experience of working in difficult sectors I had a revelation- The skills and drive to engineer the future is all around us- evident in dynamic companies, innovative entrepreneurs and backed up by hard working and skilled employees. 

So what are we missing? The answer is knowledge, confidence and information exchange.

Companies often have the skills and mindset but lack in standards awareness, process management and more importantly confidence. I have seen so many good companies with skilled and dedicated workforce not taking the next step because they simply do not know what is required and where to access training.
