BS EN ISO 9001 is an international standard for Quality Management. It is a relatively short document that sets out ten key requirements that a successful business should meet.

The standard focusses on key controls in areas such as contract review, purchasing, release of product to customer etc. All the things that make a good strong business what it is. The standard is generic and covers all sectors and industries- I specialise in Engineering Manufacture but ultimately the standard can be applied to anything from complex nuclear supply chains all the way to mobile apps selling cat food!
